Suitable for feeding to any horse, including older horses, spelling horses and pony club ponies.  This product is designed to supplement when grass is in short supply or the quality is poor.

Grass Saver is a cool energy feed, as it’s protein and energy comes from copra meal.

Ingredients selected from:

Copra meal, grain and grain by-products, lime, zeolite, salt, magnesium oxide, vitamins and trace minerals.

Feeding recommendations:

Recommendations based on a 500kg horse

Grass Saver is designed to be fed with another fibre source, eg chaff or hay.

Feed 1kg twice a day or 2kgs once a day, with a good fibre source.

Crude Protein 16%

Caution: Grass Pellets are not suitable to be fed to sheep, due to the high copper levels associated with the horse vitamin and trace mineral premix included in the feed.
